Holiday Home 'The Sea Martin' with Sea View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Fifteen steps (literally) to the water. The tranquil waters of the serene east side of Lefkada in the Ionian Sea. On the top of the stairway, a three bedroom, two bathroom summer house, lying in a 1050 sq. m. lot of land in Perigiali Village. The land in its natural cypress, myrtle and acacias flora, but still with parking space for two vehicles. All the ingredients of a relaxed (or not) vacation are here.

Pier available in case you own a small boat.



The space

The place is perfect for sea and beach lovers. The sensation of waking up in the morning and dipping in the clear water, without having to walk or drive, is for some, essential. For us on the other hand, is a place full of fond memories of family get-togethers and relaxed summer vacations.
