Sivota Bay, located on the southeastern coast of Lefkada, is known for its calm, turquoise waters and friendly, laid-back atmosphere. Close to Sivota itself there itself are hidden coves and small pebble beaches, larger beaches like Mikros Gialos (8.5 km) and Vasiliki (11.5 km) are nearby, offering excellent options for swimming, sunbathing, and water sports.

There are 19 steps up to the accommodation level. Please note the coastal roads around Sivota can be hilly and narrow and the access to the property is steep. The access lane is unmade and so low wheel based vehicles are not recommended.
