Idyllisch gelegen in schönem Garten mit Hühnern

Pros: Wunderschöner gepflegter Garten. Freie Aussicht auf den See, leider durch große Tanne teilweise verdeckt. Privatsphäre durch vorbeilaufende Personen eingeschränkt. Kühles Haus mit hoher Luftfeuchte. Elektroheizung funktionierte nicht, war lt. Vermieter abgestellt. Terrasse hatte zwei Wespennester, die auch schon unser Vormieter bemängelt hat. Der Vermieter hat das Wespenproblem schnell und unkompliziert gelöst. Nach drei Tagen war die Dusche verstopft. Der Wasserhahn in der Küche wurde am vierten Tag unseres Aufenthaltes undicht. WLAN hat max. 1 Mbps und fällt auch zeitweise ganz aus. Die Wohnung ist im Prinzip sehr ruhig. Störend ist der Kühlschranklärm. Man hört den Kühlschrank (Marke Klarstein) mit 47 dB(A) im ganzen Raum sehr gut. Kein Kleiderschrank vorhanden. Der Wohnraum ist inkl. Putzecke, Küche und Schlafzimmer ca. 5,60 m * 4,80 m groß. Das Bad ist ca. 2,5 m² groß. Die beworbenen 35 m² konnten wir auch unter Hinzurechnung der Terrasse zu 25 % nicht nachvollziehen.

Wir haben uns in dem Bungalow mit Seeblick sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett, wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und die Familie steht einem mit Rat und Tat jederzeit zur Seite. Der Bungalow hat alles,was man für eine Auszeit benötigt. Wer möchte, bekommt jeden Tag frische Hühnereier.Das Auto kann unter einem Carport untergestellt werden. Für die Fahrräder gibt es einen separaten Schuppen mit Lademöglichkeit für E-Bike
