The room seems clean, no compliance. Problem lies in the heat system in the room. It smells like it’s burning, what it is is dust in the heating system because assuming we’re in Florida he has never used so dust builds up in the system in being a cold weekend, we turned on the heat to 71° in the room smells terrible like the units on fire, but I’ll assume it’s burning dust in the system because rarely used. I was going to bring to their attention, but I’m sure every room will be the same because of the unused heating system in this hotel in Florida. This makes me feel that $166 was not worth the Stay. I feel the space is worth less because of this defect that I have to live with for one night. I did bring to the management attention when I checked in that my wife has asthma and it is affecting her a bit, but knowing we can’t move elsewhere, she’s dealing with it unfortunately.

Hotel is not clean and staff were rude and uninviting. I needed to shorten my stay by 1 night and gave 72hrs notice. I was told that it was not possible and that I would be charged a penalty. Cost of the penalty was the original cost of booking. Completely unsatisfactory

Room was clean. Room lighting was very dim, still using compact fluorescent bulbs, slow to start, not very bright. Lighting switches dint seem to make sense, master switch kinda worked.,

Pretty much everything didn’t go well. Hotel front desk attendant was non-welcoming. Hotel was dark, dated, and dull looking. The room’s amenities were substandard. Towels were abundant but rough against the skin. The shower gel, shampoo and conditioner were in miniature bottles- not enough for even one shower, let alone for two people’s use. No utensils were available to stir your coffee. The pillows were thin. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
