On the day that we stayed our cable was not functioning properly and looked like TV from the 1980s however I didn't have rabbit ears to clear up the signal. I reported this to the front desk to only have them come to my Room 2 hours later to tell me that the maintenance person had already left for the day and gave her instructions on how to possibly fix it. She wiggled the wires and turn the TV on and off and the TV still had poor reception and didn't pick up all the channels. Luckily we didn't come to the hotel for TV so that wasn't a deal killer however telling a customer that they would have to wait for maintenance which comes the day after day check out is not good business practice. And are you telling me that there is not one maintenance person on site after 6:00 p.m. On a Saturday? This I have problems believing. On the other side, I'm not sure the last time I stayed in a Room that didn't have curtains that you could black out the Room however our room, Room 227 does not have blackout curtains so if your plan is to sleep in, I would recommend asking the front desk if they have a Room with blackout curtains. We were forced to wake up with the Sun every morning after partying Saturday night being forced to wake up at 6:30 with the Sun is a deal killer. I would highly recommend not staying at this hotel until they bring their systems to the 21st century.
