Our upstairs apartment is about 85 square meters and of high equipment. The bathroom has a shower and toilet, as well as a hair dryer and a washing machine.   In the apartment there are two more comfortable, modern furnished bedrooms, one with double bed, the other with two single beds, which can be combined to a double bed. A new, fully equipped, modern fitted kitchen incl. Dishwasher, washing machine, electric stove with oven, microwave, egg cooker, coffee maker and toaster leaves nothing to be desired, the open kitchen is divided into the living room with leather furniture (3-2-1), cuddly pillows and blankets, flat screen TV and stereo. You are welcome to browse through various books, we provide novels, thrillers and children's books.   The beds are freshly made, tea towels, towels and bath towels are provided for you. You will also find a drying rack, ironing board and iron. For our very little guests a baby travel cot and a high chair are available.    Pet are allowed.   Smoking is not allowed throughout the house.  

Welcome to our beautiful country house in Leer / Ostfriesland. We are pleased to introduce you to our two apartments, each completed in December 2017, each 85 square meters. Both apartments have complete, modern, upscale amenities. With us you spend a nice holiday, whether alone, as a couple, with the whole family, like with your pet and horse. On the terrace you sit quietly and comfortably, a barbecue is ready for you, as well as a fireplace. Children can let off steam in the garden to their heart's content on the swing, the trampoline, the slide, etc. Many children are happy to assist in the care and care of our horses in the mornings and / or evenings in the stables and pastures behind the farm Life. Our little pony Smartie and our farm dog Buddy will become their best friends for almost all children during the holidays.
