Improvements needed

I was rather disappointed in all honesty, whilst the apartment was nice it wasn't the cleanest. One small towel left in the bathroom (which needed a deep clean), no toiletries (despite the listing saying there would be). The blinds at both windows are in desperate need of replacing (especially as they currently overlook a building site!). The bed was comfy and the sheets clean however the pillows needed replacing as they were flat as a pancake. No details of how to connect to the WiFi and no provisions (milk) for a hot drink in the morning! Location however is good, walking distance to the city and nice and quiet. All in all felt more like a listing on Air BnB rather than hotels.com!
