- Access to the apartment is unfortunately not wheelchair or pram friendly due to the stair access required, the apartment is on the 4th floor of the building. Please message for further information if needed.

- There is no parking permitted on site, however there is a car park on a side road opposite the apartment building which is open and staffed 24/7 with reasonable day rate charges for the city centre.

Please note that there is an offline security deposit of £100 which is charged separately as a pre-authorisation charge which will show as pending on your bank account and released automatically after departure. It would only be charged if any damages were caused to the property by guests or if any terms and conditions were breached. However contact would be made to guests before a charge is made.

Really nice apartment, as described. Fresh, clean, well maintained and I’d stay again. Good value and walkable to an array of city centre shops and the station. Host’s communication was good too.

Excellent apartment in downtown Leeds. The apartment is fully equipped and the host is always there to help if you have any questions. Unfortunately, there are two disadvantages: the apartment is located in a former office building, and it takes quite a while to walk through the building to reach the apartment (unfortunately, there are also several steps up and down, making it not wheelchair accessible). Additionally, none of the windows in the apartment can be opened, so you have to keep the fans running at all times. But apart from that, it's a truly excellent place to stay!
