i booked this property last minute and paid for a double room there were double rooms available and at first I was given the worst room up 4 flights of stairs when i asked why the staff said that’s all coz other rooms were booked out then i went back n complained he found me a room downstairs wasn’t clean old n worn out furniture stained bed sheets when i arrived there were an english couple who booked the same type of room but were given first class treatment and wasn’t scrutinised like me as i was asked for extra Id and my card details which wasn’t stated in booking I will not book there again as I feel as if Ive been somewhat racially pprofiled staff need proper training in diversity & the hotel needs to be deep cleaned it’s unacceptable for the money

Steps into the property are a health and safety hazard, need to have some hand rails. Stair carpets quite grubby and frayed in parts. Was on top floor and again missing hand rails. Location not good for public transport into city centre. Every guest seemed to be leaving and arriving in taxis

Great location

Great location opposite a lovely park and with view of city in distance. Plenty of parking. Friendly staff. Place needed a bit of TLC - litter in car park, broken mirror and shower wasn’t brilliant.
