- The whole of the property is accessible. Guests will have exclusive use of the entire house. Access is self check-in via a lock box and the code will be sent to the guests on the day of check-in.

- We prefer to give our guests space to enjoy the property, however we do live locally, so if necessary, one of the team can attend.
Not Suitable For
✔ Unfortunately our home is not suitable for hen & stag parties or any loud gatherings. We prioritise a peaceful and comfortable environment for all guests and our neighbours.
Possibility For Noise
✔ Please note that our location near the Leeds Ring Road and close proximity to Leeds/Bradford airport may result in some traffic and plane noise.
Must climb stairs
✔ Our home is spread out over three floors and stairs must be climbed to access the kitchen/living/dining area and Master suite. Please consider this if mobility is a concern.
Pets
✔ Unfortunately, we do not accommodate pets at this property with exception to service animals.
