Staff really nice Room was pretty dusty and furniture scraped - but with that said, we had what we needed Was in the family sized room that faces the lake- no light or nightstands by the smaller bed The larger bed was nice The view from the porch was great Looked like they were in the process of working on updgrades so guessing it will visually be nicer in next year. Staff was friendly. Location cant beat- across from Nicelys and close to Tioga Pass
