This hotel is in a wonderful location, close to Yosemite and Mono Lake. The property looks well taken care of. Comfy bed and very soft and fluffy towels. Only problem was it is on a main highway and there was a lot of traffic and truck noise all night.

Directly facing a very noisy highway. I barely had any sleep as semi trucks passing by every 5 minutes. But it is kinda inevitable in this small town since all hotels are near the highway. Not recommended to stay in Lee Vining at all.

It is a small roadside motel in a small mountain community, set your expectations accordingly. I stayed 5 nights, it was clean, convenient, and I slept comfortably. I used it as a home base for photography and sightseeing. No issues. Would stay there again!
