Great place for an overnight stay for a Tanglewood show. Owner/manager was very nice. Didn't use the pool but it looked good and clean and people were using it. Room was small but was fine for the night.

The room had all the things we needed Air conditioning worked - bathroom clean & funtioning - fridge & micro(did not need) Ice machine running gangbusters in extreme heat So close to Tanglewood ! It was the only hotel that still had availability and I guess I know why. The only nice part was the pool. The room was from the 60s/70s complete with nonworking microwave and fridge. However, the real bad part was the poison. We saw a placed around in the bathroom and the subsequent dead mouse in our bathtub. We were moved to another room, which was definitely better. I had to question why we were not given that room in the first place. However, for the amount of money we paid it was really bad.

The pictures shown on your site are not representative of this motel. We pulled into the drive and turned around and left without even checking in. There was debris leaning on the building outside of several rooms, the landscaping and parking lot was over grown. You could not even see the pool from how overgrown the weeds and bushes are. If the outside is this unkempt there was little expectation of the condition of the rooms. So disappointing that the online photos are so deceptive.
