From the expansive deck furnished with lounges, sun chairs, BBQ and bar area to the back to Bali hut at the rear of the house. There is an area to completely Veg out for everyone.

2 smart Tv`s and fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine and the 2 large dining tables one inside and one out on the deck for entertaining.



Beautiful ocean views for soaking up the sunset will have you relaxed in no time.

With total relaxation in mind the owners have extended the deck to allow for veging out whilst taking in the natural bushland views and blue waters of the Indian Ocean.

Chill on a sun lounge or read a book with your feet up on the lounge the Veg at Ledge deck has it all. Equipped with full BBQ, 10 seater dining table, second fridge for the sunset drinks and bar top for the keen entertainer.

Or simply kick back and put the footy on the large flat screen and enjoy with friends.

Stepping off the deck inside to stylishly decorated lounge area well appointed with recliner lounges and coffee table. Flick on the TV and veg out.

Fully self contained kitchen with all modern new appliances including a Nespresso machine and second dining area.

With 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms this ideally suited for groups of couple or 2 families (children over 4) to enjoy the Veg at Ledge theme of total relaxation. 4 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with a set of bunks and trundle.

There is parking available for 4 cars and plenty of grassed area for games and kids to play.

At the back of the house there is a separate entertainment area “Bali” set up with cane lounge furniture and Bali style bar with a second BBQ as well.

This small cray fishing town is ideal for relaxing weekend getaways, midweek escapes, or a stopover enroute to more Northern destinations.
