The villa is composed on the first floor of a large living room of 70m2 including a fitted kitchen open to living room and dining room with access to a 1st shaded terrace. Below, large entrance with games area, office + toilet and laundry room.
Upstairs, 2 bedrooms, each equipped with bathroom or shower + WC, a landing with 1 sofa bed for 2 people + 1 sofa bed.
On the first floor, 1 bedroom with shower room, toilet and cloakroom-swimming pool.
Located in the heart of a charming village surrounded by Garrigues, in a hiking area, between Nimes, Uzès and Avignon. Pont du Gard and Gardon gorges 10 minutes away, beaches and Camargue 50 minutes away, Cévennes 1 hour away. Wifi, reversible air conditioning in the 3 bedrooms as well as in the living room.
Petit +: Haku, our cat, will spend the holidays with you. He lives outside, is very affectionate and calm. We will ask you to feed him. A stock will be at your disposal.
