About this property

Tramontana Suite

Peaceful, light-filled and thoughtfully designed, Tramontana Suite is a private one-bedroom apartment at Casa Rosa Lecce, just a 10-minute walk from Lecce's historic centre. Tucked away at the rear of our beautifully restored mid-century palazzo, it offers a quiet retreat for couples looking to experience the city before returning to a calm and comfortable space.

Named after the cool northerly tramontana wind, the apartment is inspired by the elegant farmhouses of Salento, combining honest utilitarian textures, woven stripes and warm timber with contemporary open-plan living. The light-filled living space includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and comfortable lounge, creating a home that's equally suited to a weekend escape or a longer stay in Lecce.

The separate bedroom features a queen-size bed, generous wardrobe space and a private balcony overlooking the neighbourhood—an inviting spot to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening aperitivo.

The spacious bathroom combines premium Italian fittings with everyday comfort, offering a walk-in shower, bidet and generous vanity.

Located on the second floor of the building (stairs only, no lift), Tramontana Suite reflects the philosophy behind Casa Rosa Lecce: thoughtfully restored spaces, contemporary comfort, and a genuine connection to the city and region we call home.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned apartment, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private balcony. Conveniences include a coffee/tea maker and an iron/ironing board.
