It was all around excellent from staff to food to location. The hospitality and attention to details was wonderful. I would highly recommend a stay here. We were here for 3 nights. We will definitely return here again.

What a gem! The staff (Francesca, Alphonso and Matteo) are amazing!! The rooms are so comfortable and architecturally stunning!! Breakfast variety and presentation is wonderful. This year the addition of the evening aperitifs was appreciated!!

Customer service exceptional. Staff amazing. Breakfast was excellent. Would have been nice to have yogurt as part of the breakfast menu not extra cost but the choices were numerous. Also give cost of room the mineral water should be free of charge. This is quite a small item and it still gave it a 5. Hope management makes this change.

Loved this hotel! Staff super friendly and competent! Helped with luggage as no cars allowed inside main city gate. Hosted happy hours with apertifs and first glass wine complimentary! VIP upgrade room was amazing with soaking tub, balcony and domed stone ceiling! The Room was also very quiet & peaceful! The breakfast was sumptuous and well staffed!

Fantastic property!

Excellent stay! Building is beautifully fully restored and well furnished. Rooms are extremely clean, nicely decorated and large. Included breakfast was very good. Great location within walking distance to everything. The staff was amazing - very friendly, helpful, and proactive to anticipate our needs. Highly recommend !!

One of the best rooms I have ever stayed in during my lifetime and that includes Paris Ritz, Beverly Wiltshire, The Nelly in Cape Town. The owner’s attention to detail is impeccable; hotel staff couldn’t be better. My only very minor criticism is breakfast buffet could include eggs and yogurt. Otherwise just outstanding!

So our stay was short due to cancelled flights but the boutique hotel is great. If you are from the US, you will find a hotel like this in the US. Very authentic Puglia architecture, in an old Plazzo; thus, the name. The staff bent over backwards for us bring up a very late night salad and Burrata when we got in at 1am in the morning,breakfast was outstanding. They drove us over to where our Duvine guides were picking us up. I wish we had a longer stay but highly recommend it.

This was one of the best hotel of our 12 day trip. The place is unbelievable, beautiful. The room was very spacious and everything look respectable. The building itself is an old historical building which we loved. The staff was amazing and also the breakfast was very good. I highly recommend this hotel for anything.

The staff at the Palazzo were over the top. This Palace is so beautiful and very clean. I would definitely stay here again. The reception staff Alonso, Matteo, Virgile, Isabella, Virgilio were very kind and helpful. They suggested places to visit things to do in the area and booked dinner reservations. The Restaurants that they suggested were excellent and all within walking distance. The Place suggested a spa. We had a couples massage with Claudia and Enza. This is one of the best massages we have ever experienced. Thank you Ladies. Claudia and Enza are very professional and kind. The Spa is amazing. We also met the owners of the Palace and had a very nice conversation. It was a pleasure to meet them. A shout out for Alfonso which is a very special person.
