The rooms are spacious and clean. The building was beautiful and quiet. We reviewed a bottle of water and a refreshed room each day. There are great cafes and grocery stores near the hotel and walking to the city center was easy. The host helped us arrange transportation from the train station. I would definitely stay again!

Terrible check in. The only thing I remember from my birthday (that was the day I was ckecking in) was trying to check in through their not working web site. It was so frustrating. The host was not really happy to assist, what resulted in me checking in at 9 PM, instead of 4 PM as originally intended. Its a pity, because the accomodation itself is very nice and its located walkable distance from the city center. If the check-in was easier, it would definitely be 10/10.

Das Zimmer (Nr. 9) war sehr schön, allerdings ebenerdig, an der Straße & direkt vor den Fenster parken die Autos ein & aus. Man kann das Fenster also nicht öffnen & die Klimaanlage funktionierte am ersten Tag nicht! Außerdem ist es gleich neben der Eingangstür!!! Die Lage ist super. Was aber immens Punktabzug verursacht: Easy Check in!? Wir hatten eine 5-stündige Anreise & wollten den "Easy Check in" nicht nebenbei erledigen. Allerdings standen wir dann vor verschlossenem Tor bei 30 Grad & mussten diesen auf dem Gehsteig durchführen - insgesamt 20 Minuten. Die Zugangscodes mussten danach nochmals per E- Mail angefordert werden, da nur die Erledigungsmail kam - ohne Codes für Tor und Zimmer. Sevice 0 Punkte, weil der Kontakt ausschließlich per Chat erfolgt & zwar nicht zufriedenstellend. Zum Glück haben wir am nächsten Morgen die Putzfrau getroffen, die sich um die Klimaanlage gekümnert hat!

Chambre 6 au top avec une balneo. Le problème c'est le bruit ! Porte de l’immeuble. Boîtiers immeuble et chambres avec touches sonores. Mais surtout les évacuations d’eaux voisines tres bruyantes dans notre salle de bain.
