An elegant apartment, tastefully furnished and equipped with all the essential amenities to accommodate up to 3 people. The apartment is located in the center of Lecce, conveniently situated for walking to all the city’s points of interest: we are just 550 meters from the Villa Reale and a mere 5-minute walk from Porta Rudiae, the ideal starting point for exploring the historic center. The train station, with connections to other tourist destinations in Puglia, is just 700 meters away!



The 80-square-meter apartment is located on the first floor of a building without an elevator, with a separate entrance from the street: please note that you’ll need to climb a flight of stairs to access it.



The interior layout is as follows:

- Kitchenette equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, moka pot, electric kettle, toaster, and electric oven

- Living area with a dining table and a single sofa bed

- Bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, split AC, TV, sofa, and armchairs

- Bathroom with toilet, bidet, and shower stall

- Terrace accessible from the kitchen (via a small ramp with eight steps), furnished with a table and four chairs.



Additional amenities available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, desk, two fans, clothesline, iron, and ironing board.

Towels and bed linens included (with optional changes available for a fee).



The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.



All guests must present valid identification upon arrival, as required by Italian law.



The front door keys are located inside a safe that opens with a code, which will be provided at check-in.



After 9:30 p.m., check-in directly at the apartment is available with the following surcharges:

- From 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM - 25.00 euros

- From 11:00 PM to midnight - 30.00 euros

- From 12:00 a.m. to 1:30 a.m. - 40.00 euros
