Mario was great, assisted me with some things, awesome welcome video and check-in instructions. Good location in the historic district. Period building, quite a few stairs. Nice room with balcony and desk. Kitchen with everything you'd need. Although the room was clean, there was one issue and Mario acted on resolving it immediately. Great communication, very friendly guy.
