The staff was friendly but I wish we had stayed elsewhere. Room was damp and smelled of cat urine, toilet ran endlessly every time you flushed it, sitting chair felt so grimy I didn’t want to use it, really unfortunate breakfast options. Two stars for the pleasant staff and comfortable bed.

It had the most important things we needed: the best ac, an extremely comfortable bed and the ability to bring our fur baby. The staff was very nice, and being able to grab a bowl of cereal or a bagel in the morning was a plus. Close to Putnam's Vineyard. While not it was a little pricey it was a cool place to hang out. It was also a mile from a great dog park for our girl.

I appreciate having a place to stay for the night or two but you could tell this was a hotel that had gone downhill it wasn't in such a nice neighborhood the people there were not the nicest people and it looks like some of them were actually living in the hotel

Hotel needs some TLC. Very rundown and outdated. Room was musty and carpet had many stains. Bed comfortable and shower hot. Breakfast minimal and really not very appealing. The stay worked as we just used room to sleep and shower but I would not go back again. Location was good to where we were going which was the King Arthur baking school.

No explanation that our room was on the other side room of the building. Rug in room had many big spots, bathroom floor sticky, outside stairs dirty, personnel on second floor told us where our room was. Bed clean and comfortable
