The hotel is in an excellent area and was very clean. Staff was great. The only issue was the snow removal around the outside of the hotel. Water pressure for the shower was a bit weak. The room was great and comfortable.

Super nice staff, solo traveler and felt safe, the main street was also incredibly cozy. Easy to hop on the (free) bus from DHMC right into downtown. More than anything else though, the room had those fluffy spa robes 😍 Hope to return sometime soon!

This obviously very new hotel is very spacious, sleek and slender furnished and decorated, yet very cozy. Same are the rooms. All very clean, great amenities , free bottled water, biscuits, apples, earplugs (!) and sleeping masks (!) in a pantry corner near the elevators on every floor. I would have loved to spend an evening in the cozy seating arrangements by the open fire place in the lobby with a drink from the lobby bar.
