Thank you for the excellent stay. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. It was not loud even though the property is next to the highway. We appreciated the hot breakfast, the variety of items, and that breakfast starts at 6.30 because we had to leave early.

My flight missed arrival and I missed my first night without a credit/refund - I get the policy but I’ve been with IHG for decades…so a little recognition would have been nice. There was also an event next to my room requiring police, etc. Went until 1am. I think staff could have asked if I was ok or apologized for the event/disruption, etc.

I booked two rooms for the trip: a queen suite and a king suite. The queen suite was excellent and met our expectations. Unfortunately, the king suite was very disappointing. The bed was broken, with a noticeable hole or sag on the right side, and there was no remote control for the TV. Additionally, the ceiling in the room was built around an arched roof, which made it impossible to stand upright in about half of the room. Because of this, the sofa was placed in the same area as the bed. This layout did not match how the room was advertised online or depicted in the photos. One strong positive was the second-shift hotel staff member, who was extremely kind and helpful. The third-shift staff member was pleasant but not as helpful.

Rooms were clean and staff was courteous. The rooms were really warm because the central heat in the hotel and the air conditioning in the rooms can’t run at the same time (I think). However,we were supplied with a tower fan and could open the window so the room temperature was comfortable.

Furniture was dated and uncomfortable. Noise from the floor above was incredibly loud and prolonged, people in the room above were stomping/banging endlessly from 5:30pm-11pm. We should have asked to move rooms but were too tired to request a change. The location of the hotel was convenient for our travel plans and staff were kind.

I woke up at 3 am and the room even if was set up at 68 was 80! tried to call the desk multiple time with no vail. After 1 hour someone answered and stated that she will call maintenance and that someone else complained about that too. We had to shut off the thermostat, and open the slider. No one ever answer the phone!! I also had to call to tell them it would be a late arrival, took almost an hour to get our call answered.

I was offered my choice of floor and was given a wonderful room on the first floor at the end of the hall and choices of check out times as a reqards member. Room was immaculate. The room was clean and warm. Bedding is comfortable. The only thing that bothered me was the room temperature. The room temperature was 82F no matter how I adjusted the AC/heater. Even if I turned it off it was 82F. The room was super dry and i only had half bottle of water. It was very frustrating during the middle of the night, kept waking up because of the heat. I hope this can improve.

Well, we were only there for one night and checked out early in the morning. I had a procedure at Dartmouth. I was VERY pleasantly surprised by the room for the rate we paid. It was almost the size(minus 1 small room)of our whole apartment. I wish we were staying longer and that our daughter had been with us. I took pictures and plan to post with a great review. room #461 was definitely amazing! My hubby liked the breakfast. I couldn't eat because of my procedure. Anyway, I will definitely stay there again if I have another early morning procedure at Dartmouth. Oh, the people at check in and out were super nice too. They were genuinely nice too, they didn't come across as being fake at all. Great job!!
The sitting area that had a table that pulls up to your level and a tv.
The ceilings made it look really modern and classy.
