• Dogs allowed with fee

• No parties or events

• Quiet hours: 10 PM–8 AM

• No smoking or vaping

• Guests must be 21+ and present during the stay

Other Things to Note

• Lakefront property—use caution near water, especially with children

• Seasonal conditions may affect lake access and beach size

• During winter season, the balcony railing may be temporarily removed to prevent weather-related damage. When this occurs, yellow safety tape will be installed—please supervise children at all times in this area

• Winter weather may require AWD/4WD vehicle

• Limited cell service in some areas

• ID verification and signed rental agreement required

• Early check-in/late check-out subject to availability (fees may apply)

Guests will receive detailed check-in instructions 24 hours before arrival. The entire cabin and outdoor areas are yours to enjoy. While we respect your privacy, our team is available should you need any assistance during your stay.

• Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. We ask guests to please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
