This was the most disgusting place I’ve ever been. Rooms were boarded up. The staff locked us in the building at one point and then locked us out and we had to walk around the building in the cold and dark in our swim suits with our baby. I honestly don’t know how this place is even on Expedia.

You get your money's worth. It's cheap because it's not in the best condition. The website said they serve breakfast but there was not even a coffee pot when my group went down for "breakfast." The room didn't have an ice bucket and the toilet had some problems flushing. Honestly the whole bathroom had a few water pressure issues. No mold or bugs that we saw. Room was pretty clean, just lacking in things. One of our rooms didn't have sheets and just had a big quilt. The area is beyond sketch, I mean, it's in Leavenworth lol. There were always creepy guys standing out front smoking weed and a sketchy alley right next to it. Definitely a place you want to lock your cars and keep your head down in the hall. I wouldn't stay again, but mainly due to the area and not the hotel itself. It was fine for a weekend trip and both nights was around $171 total which is the price of one night at all the other motels.

One thing I did like was the housekeeper, very pleasant and caring. Staff very friendly and helpful. Pool was awesome nice warmth.

Dirty - stay away!

Dirty!!! Bathroom wasn’t cleaned, hair on the floor, urine on the toilet, dirty towels hanging up. Gross don’t birthed going here. Only 3 cars in parking lot on Saturday night. Went to downtown Leavenworth and spent more money at a nicer hotel. A/c wasn’t on in the hallways nor in the room.

My stay was extended for personal reasons with my two service dogs was accepted no problem. Very short staffed, very nice customer service though. Very strange people staying at hotel. Pool area very clean.

Clean towels were never available, breakfast was advertised but not available, noisy, continuous illegal activity. The pool was locked, staff wasn’t available at the front desk, the lobby was locked. No maid service available. Not safe for families.
