Supposed to be non smoking room first thing I saw in room was an ashtray. Faucets in shower leaked so bad I burned my foot. Bar soap was from best Western hotels and no shampoo or conditioner. No elevator either and room on 3rdAll this and more for the bargain price of $378 for 2 nights. Room was clean.

This is not the same motel you portray on the internet. The pool was out of service, the a/c didn’t work in the room. Changed rooms for a working a/c. It smelled like stale body order, no phone, cigarette burn holes in the bedspread and the smoke detector dangled from the ceiling. By morning the cockroaches had taken over the bathroom. The tv and refrigerator worked. We didn’t stay long enough to comment on the free breakfast!

This motel was absolutely disgusting. The entire place smelled like smoke, even though every room was labeled non-smoking. The guy at the desk looked like he hadn't bathed in days & seemed put out that he had to spend 5 minutes checking us in. My room had dirty towels in it and there were MULTIPLE hairs in the tub. It clearly hadn't been cleaned & if I weren't only spending a few hours there overnight, I would've gotten a different place. The bedspreads look like they walked out of 1970 and probably hadn't seen a washer since then either. When I got home, I felt like I needed to fumigate everything & prayed we didn't bring home bed bugs. And the cost was RIDICULOUS! $212 dollars for a roach motel.

room smelled like they had just threw cleaner down. tables/end tables had cigarette/tar marks on them. bed look like someone had just sat in the middle of it after being made. found hairs on pillows. desk chair was disgustingly dirty. went to use the toilet an there was toilet paper wadded in there from a previous use or from them cleaning

This was the most disgusting place I’ve ever been. Rooms were boarded up. The staff locked us in the building at one point and then locked us out and we had to walk around the building in the cold and dark in our swim suits with our baby. I honestly don’t know how this place is even on Expedia.

So beyond disappointed. We drove all the way from South Dakota. Booked online with both Expedia. It looked nothing like the pictures. The smell was horrendous. The keys to our room didn't work. It looked very run down. Stank to high heaven of cigarette smoke, it was so bad that we left. I lost out on over $100 for what looked like a roach motel. We left and drove over an hour to pay for another hotel that I really didn't have the money for, but I didn't want the kids and I to have to sleep in the car. Our door also looked like it had a crow bar taken to it. So so disappointed. Never again
