The place was what I expected and maybe a little better for being a 2 star hotel in very rural area. Warm room, hot water, soft pillows and bed. Just what I wanted for the price.

Owner/manager, Monday morning was a total ass wipe and kicked me out yelling at me because I didn’t move on his credit card machine fast enough so I had to call 911. The police came and checked on me took an incident report about his anger And his stupidity and sat there until I left the building which was very much helpful, to know they were there. Thanks, Lake County Sheriff.

Owner/monday/Manager in charge was a total jerk. Was mean and kicked me out… after 3 days spending $285 Everyone else was fantastic and kind. Roos were fairly clean and food decent. Some food was old and taste old. Sylvia is fabulous and fantastic and a very hard worker. I like her the most!! Love you all. Peace ✌️

Let’s start with when we checked in the guy that was checking us in couldn’t take the time enough to put the phone down to check his hand and be polite. Room was very uncomfortable temperature wise, and the heat going up too high in the hallway which made the room way too hot. Didn’t sleep at all the whole time we were there. You could hear the people above us making noise all night long.

It was perfect we just needed a place for the night. It’s not going to be your luxury hotel but it was clean 10/10 and very convenient for the area! We also had a late check in and they accommodated us.

Beds are horrible, Outlets in the rooms do not work, mold on the bathroom ceiling, zero customer service. When I tried to get in touch with management I was told no one can help me because the manager was gone until Wednesday. Finally spoke to an employee (seems to be a housekeeping manager) about the mold she said “yeah we know”. This place is terrible not a single redeeming quality I can’t believe that choice hotels brand would want their name on this hotel!
