Access on the same level by a living room/kitchen area in stone and exposed beams, shower room (shower, washbasin, washing machine). Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (2 beds 1.40m, 1 cot and 1 high chair), bathroom (washbasin with toilet). Electric heating by convectors.
