This is a freshly renovated house of about 140m2 with a garden of about 2000m2 that can accommodate, located in Verdon sur Mer, 6km from Soulac.
It consists on the first floor of a fitted kitchen open to a living space living / dining room, a laundry room with washing machine and storage. In the night area, 2 bedrooms with 160 cm double bed, with storage, with direct access to the terrace on the Port Médoc side, a 3rd bedroom with two 90 cm bunk beds and storage, a bathroom/WC, a shower room and a separate toilet. Upstairs is a mezzanine open to the living room with a sofa bed, a 4th bedroom with a 140 cm double bed and storage, with an unobstructed view of the Port.

- Interior equipment: television, internet, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, 4-burner hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron, etc.

- Outdoor equipment: 3 terraces, two of which are covered, equipped with tables/chairs, garden furniture, hammock and deckchair, plancha and barbecue... + access to a closed cellar of about 20 m2 to protect your holiday belongings. Solar shower.

The house has direct access through the garden to Port Médoc (the pontoons are 100m away) and the supervised beach of La Chambrette is accessible 200m on foot. You have the possibility of having water activities in the immediate vicinity (boarding the boat visiting the Cordouan lighthouse, paddle/boat rental, sailing club, personal watercraft, fishing, restaurant/brasserie etc.). You can access the supervised ocean beach located 2km away, as well as the Royan ferry to cross the estuary. Le Verdon sur Mer is a small family town, with all local shops within walking distance and offering bike rides in the forest by large cycle paths.
