Once you leave the airport, follow the direction of DUCOS / MARIN and carry on until the next way out towards FRANCOIS / VAUCLIN / HIPPODROME and take it. Then, at the first roundabout, turn left (direction LAMENTIN / FORT DE FRANCE / FRANCOIS / VAUCLIN).

At the next round about (just after the bridge) take the second way out towards FRANCOIS / VAUCLIN.

Follow the road (direction of FRANCOIS). When arriving in le FRANCOIS, at the first round about take the way out towards LE VAUCLIN. Keep driving until you reach LE VAUCLIN.

Before arriving at the center of VAUCLIN city, you’ll see a roundabout (a little tip to recognize the roundabout: there are some big sculpted fishes in the middle for decoration). At this roundabout, take the first way out towards BELLE ETOILE (you will see banana trees on both sides of the road)
Keep driving during 1,7 km. On your right hand you will see a white gate with a sign « MONTABEL ». Here you are !

Great view - affordable price for relax

The location of the villa is superb, views from pool and terrace are stunning and wind is chilling You out during the breakfast and dinner. Everything important for living is there, very convenient for self catering groups. The house is not very spacious however You will probably not spend much time inside. For up to 5 couples its very OK. Some rooms and toilets needs a bit refresh (or even a lot) but still it is completely not important. The people, who takes care of property are extremely helpful and nice. I recommend this rental for all families and groups who are looking for best holidays in paradise. The car is necessary. Sainte Anne is 20 min driving....

Manque de rafraîchissement

Malgré un emplacement et un potentiel énorme notamment une piscine avec une vue magnifique cette villa manque cruellement de rafraîchissement pour une location en 2024. Une décoration assez fade! des fenêtres et des stores non fonctionnels. A notre arrivée les flexibles de douches étaient percés donc très compliqué de prendre une douche sans inonder partout. Les moustiquaires étaient trouées donc inutiles ! La literie était tachée! Un gros point négatif à souligner est le fait qu à notre arrivée la piscine n’était pas propre et nous avons du attendre deux jours pour pouvoir en profiter ! Quelle déception pour les enfants qui n’attendaient que ça !!! C’est franchement dommage car c’est une villa qui avec plus de soin pourrait être magnifique et pourrait encore nous charmer !

Vue paradisiaque sur la côte Caraïbe

Mes amis et moi avons passé un séjour inoubliable dans cette maison située sur les hauteurs du Vauclin. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la vue imprenable sur la mer des Caraïbes et la beauté de la villa. Les quelques points d'amélioration que nous avons relevé sont les suivants : - laisser du sel et du poivre pour les arrivants ; - installer un parasol repliable près de la piscine ; - prévoir de la lessive pour permettre l'utilisation de la machine à laver le linge. Je recommande cette maison les yeux fermés, vous passerez un séjour mémorable !

Belle maison spacieuse, bien située et offrant une très belle vue.

Villa correspondant bien à la description, très spacieuse, bien équipée,avec une très grande terrasse très agréable où nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Seules déceptions: l’accueil , avec un pot d’arrivée et un petit déjeuner très décevant ( le petit déjeuner n’était constitué que d’une brioche pas de café,thé,lait pour les enfants). La personne qui nous a accueillis devait repasser après notre installation pour voir si tout allait bien, et faire changer les ampoules grillées, nous n’avons revu personne. D’autre part, le linge fourni est insuffisant. 1 seule serviette par personne et pas d’essuie-mains, 1 seul torchon pour 1 semaine pour 10 personnes. Cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer un très bon séjour.

Agréable, Calme, paradisiaque spacieux un séjour de rêve. rien ne manque cuisine équipé, internet, sono dans toutes les pièces de la villa, la piscine est incroyable et la vu fantastique. je reviendrai sans hésiter.

Magnifique villa coloniale très bien équipée avec piscine donnant sur un panorama superbe. Accueil chaleureux et très professionnel. Aucun point négatif sur ce séjour, que du bonheur pour les petits comme pour les grands. Nous recommandons vivement.
