L'Oustaou Néou - Gîte La Vigne

Located in the heart of the Arcachon Basin, in a three-hectare park, facing the forest, L'Oustaou Néou is an old farmhouse that benefits from a calm, natural environment, with horses and sheep. The Gîte La Vigne is housed in a newly built building located near the old farmhouse including the owners' home and two other gîtes, one of which is adjoining. It has a beautiful terrace with garden furniture and electric plancha, all private, located near the shared swimming pool. It consists on the ground floor of a living room with kitchen, dining room and living room (sofa bed), a bedroom equipped with a 160x200 bed, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Upstairs there is a mezzanine sleeping area also equipped with a 160x200 bed. The swimming pool at your disposal is located near the gîte, opposite the owners' house; it will be shared with them as well as with the two other lodgings; a large terrace equipped with hammocks and deckchairs, also shared, will be available in a friendly atmosphere. The environment being at the heart of our concerns, we have implemented on our property many eco-positive actions that you will find for some in our accommodations and their environment (homemade organic household products, old furniture reused or designed from salvaged parts for example). The lodging has reversible air conditioning (included) in the main room and in the ground floor bedroom. Parking in the property. Two other lodgings on site. As animals are on our property, it will not be possible to accommodate your pets; similarly, access to the enclosures will not be possible. Cycle path nearby.
