L'Airial - LE TEICH - Gîte

Ideally located in the heart of the Arcachon Basin, in Le Teich, in a secluded area of the village bordering the forest, our cottage enjoys a peaceful setting close to nature. This location allows you to easily enjoy the many attractions of the region: vast ocean beaches, boat trips, the seaside resort of Arcachon, the Dune du Pilat, Bordeaux, its heritage, and its vineyards. Closer by, the Teich bird sanctuary will delight nature lovers, offering opportunities to observe birds throughout the tides and migrations. You will stay in a comfortable wooden chalet, designed with eco-responsibility in mind, situated within a traditional clearing that also includes our home. It comprises a kitchen with a dining area, a large living/bedroom in soothing colors furnished with a 160x200cm bed, and a bathroom with shower, toilet, and washing machine. You will have a semi-covered terrace opening onto the garden, where oak, chestnut, and holly trees reign supreme. Your pets are welcome under certain conditions: small dogs only, a €50 supplement for the stay, and a specific deposit. Cats are not allowed. The property is not fenced. Bed linen, towels, and kitchen towels are included in the price. Electric heating is included. Parking is available on the property. Gas for cooking (if the hob uses this energy), water within reasonable consumption limits, electricity and heating
