Come and discover our chalet in the Plaine des Cafres, an atypical place that combines the charm of the old, modern comfort and the serenity of the Hauts de La Réunion. Nestled at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a quiet and green environment, it is perfect for stays with family or friends, in search of rest, freshness and nature.
The chalet has 4 bedrooms, two of which are upstairs, a blind bedroom with an interior window overlooking the dining room — a discreet and pleasant solution that preserves both light and privacy — as well as a bedroom on the first floor, equipped with reversible air conditioning and an integrated private bathroom, ideal for optimal comfort in summer and winter. The other three bedrooms are equipped with additional oil-filled heaters, ensuring a soft and homogeneous heat during cooler periods. All are equipped with quality bedding, with large warm duvets for your comfort in all seasons, as well as practical storage to facilitate your installation.
In terms of well-being, you will find two bathrooms equipped with walk-in showers, sinks with mirror, cupboards and electric towel rails, one of which is directly integrated into the bedroom on the first floor for more privacy and comfort.
The living room welcomes you with a large, very comfortable sofa, set in front of a fireplace and a Smart TV. It is a perfect space to relax after an active day or simply enjoy a moment by the fire. The fiber connection is available throughout the chalet, ideal for teleworking or enjoying your favorite platforms.
The dining room, adjoining the fully equipped kitchen, is a real place to live. A large table for 12 people allows you to share your meals in a friendly atmosphere. The green bay window that surrounds it brings a touch of greenery and a warm atmosphere, especially in the evening thanks to its lighting. A vintage René Pierre 60s-style table football is integrated, for the pleasure of all ages.

A fully glazed veranda, adjoining the TV room, hosts a table for 8 people, perfect for having breakfast or lunch while admiring an unobstructed view of the mountains. There is also a very comfortable 140x190 sofa bed, perfect for reading, napping, or even as an extra bed. The insulation is light, but the natural atmosphere is guaranteed — ideal for a summer night or the bravest in winter.
Outside: wood fire area and furnished terrace
At the exit of the chalet, you will find an outdoor space designed to enjoy the climate of the Highlands, even when it is cool. A large wooden table, with two benches, is placed under an awning. It offers protection from the sun and light rain.
Right next to it, a brazier allows you to meet around a fire in the early evening. Nearby, a space provided for a wood fire, such as an outdoor fireplace, allows you to extend this moment or replace the brazier if necessary.
On the open terrace at the front of the house are also available:

• A bench
• Deckchairs, installed on the terrace and in the garden
This space is simple, practical and appreciated for outdoor dining or quiet moments outdoors.
The chalet has parking spaces right outside, and its peaceful environment (to be preserved) may offer you the poetic surprise of horses running free nearby.
