The first floor is accessible to people with reduced mobility (with tiralo for the swimming pool, winch for the Jaccuzy).

The corridor leads to a bedroom of about 25m2 and a bathroom adapted for people with reduced mobility with large bathtub and walk-in shower, WC.

A landing with storage spaces serves several spaces:
- A bedroom of about 16m2 with a double bed of 160,
- A bedroom of about 16m2 with two single beds of 90,
As well as a corridor that leads to:
- A bedroom of about 15m2 (double bed of 160) with a balcony overlooking an unobstructed view of the outside,
- A bathroom with toilet,
- A bedroom of about 9m2 with attic

Entrance with electric gate, possibility to park several vehicles.

Small apartment occupied (single person) not overlooked with no access to the house and the outside.
Large terraces with secure salt water swimming pool with roller shutter, heated and its pool house equipped with a bar, barbecue, as well as a covered 6-seater jacuzzi. An outdoor terrace is covered with a trellis.
The entire house is equipped with reversible air conditioning except the living room, the set of bed linen and bath are provided (1 bath towel, 2 towels and a beach towel per person).
In the property, an apartment is rented for the year. Our tenant has been there for 24 years, he is a retiree who does not have access to the outdoor facilities offered by the Charmille.
The only common equipment shared with our tenant is the gate that gives access to the property.
When the tenants arrive, we ask for a deposit check of 2000€ and a check of 400€ for a cleaning fee. Neither of these two checks will be cashed, it is simply a security.
An inventory of fixtures will be carried out by the owners on your arrival. At the exit inventory, if no problems are noted, the two cheques will be returned to you.
