This modern, elegant residence, spread over two levels, welcomes guests in 4 air-conditioned rooms, all with double beds and private bathrooms with shower. 3 bedrooms have private toilet and there is alos one additionnal seperate toilet. (4 WC in total) The bright, open-plan living room and large, fully-equipped kitchen offer a luxurious living environment. The spacious terrace with pool, outdoor shower and gas barbecue, as well as a large garden sloping down to the sea, add to the exclusivity of this property.

Adventure-seekers will love the kayak rentals close to the villa, or the boat excursions from al marina du robert. The beaches of the Atlantic coast are very beautiful, especially in Trinité (plage de cosmy) or tartane (la brèche, plage des surfeurs...) In Trinité and au Robert, you can easily go to the market unless you prefer to go to the restaurant to discover the local flavors. In particular, there are many restaurants in Tartane. This villa offers the promise of comfort and privacy.

Destination-specific information
Martinique is a tropical island with a unique charm. As on many islands, occasional water or electricity outages may occur and are beyond our control and are not related to the accommodation. Likewise, the local climate may result in the presence of insects, including mosquitoes. These elements are part of the local characteristics and should be taken into consideration when making your reservation.

Sargassum is a natural phenomenon, and its arrival along the coastlines of Caribbean islands is random and unpredictable. There may be no sargassum at the time of booking, while the coastline may be affected during your stay, or vice versa. Its presence may temporarily affect access to the beach, make swimming less enjoyable, and cause characteristic odors, particularly when large quantities of seaweed accumulate along the shore. Unfortunately, we have no way of predicting or controlling this phenomenon. We therefore encourage guests to keep this possibility in mind, particularly when choosing accommodation located close to the coastline or directly on the seafront, as the property may occasionally be affected by the presence of sargassum.
Upon exiting the airport, take the direction towards Le Robert / Trinité. Cross the bridge. At the stop sign, turn left. At the third roundabout, turn right towards Robert / Trinité. Continue straight on N1 until you reach Le Robert. At the first roundabout, continue straight, passing the Carrefour store.

At the second roundabout, again go straight. This time you will pass the Océanis shopping center and the Géant supermarket. Then you will arrive at another roundabout. Take the first right, towards POINTE SAVANE.

Continue straight at the first small roundabout, then take the second exit at the next roundabout. You will pass a pharmacy and a stadium on your right. Near the football field, take the road on the left at the intersection. (you will see signs for kayak tours).

Drive on this road for about 5 minutes. You should always follow the Kayak signs. You will then see a Kayak sign indicating to turn left onto Rue des Flamboyant (a street going uphill). Proceed onto this street.

Drive for about 450 meters and then turn right onto Rue des Pipiris.

Drive for about 200 meters, the villa is on the left just after the bend, at number 23.
