We were for 4 night in the Ibis Le Pouzin and it was fantastic! The beds were very comfortable, the room was specious, it was clean and thanks to the airco we slept wonderfully during the hot nights!

Super Frühstück Nachtessen Personal Hinweis: Zimmertüre leicht und gut schliessbar - fällt ohne Lärm ins Schloss im Gegensatz zum Ibis Odos in Tarbes bei Lourdes. Personnel débordé, dépassé par une affluence record (2 bus) je n'ai pas diner alors que j'étais en demi pension...j'ai payé pour rien ! 7H30 toutes les tables prises ou presque, je reviens vers 20H45 même constat et le personnel passe devant moi sans action : je suis transparent ! au bout de 10 mn de ce jeu insupportable je remonte dans ma chambre ce qui n'émeut personne. PT dej le lendemain : pain rassi, pas de petite cuillère et...personne en salle il est 6H45... A FUIR

Für eine Nacht völlig in Ordnung. Das Zimmer sauber, das Einchecken war problemlos, das Personal freundlich. Das gebuchte Frühstück übertraf unsere Erwartung an ein 2* Hotel. Nur das Speisenangebot am Abend im Restaurant überzeugte nicht. Teuer, wenig Auswahl und unkoordiniert herumflitzendes Personal. Auf der nächsten Tour nach Spanien werden wir hier sicher wieder einkehren.

Il préférable de passer en direct avec l’hôtel pour votre réservation et de ne pas passer par le site Hotel.com au moins le jour où vous avez un problème. L’hôtel en direct sera à même de vous arranger contrairement à Hotel.com qui vous laisseront sans réponse.
