Villa sleeps 6 with garden ideally located 250 m from the Wild Coast, in a quiet area, large terraces, bright house and very well equipped.
Allow you to spend good moments of conviviality with family or friends. It consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with 1 separate toilet. It can accommodate a maximum of 6 people

The house has a kitchen (fridge with freezer, oven, gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and coffee maker)

-A bedroom open to the living room with a double bed
-A terraced bedroom with two single beds
-A bedroom with a double bed and sink area

A west-facing teak terrace facing the kitchen, with barbecue and parasol
A south terrace overlooking the living room
The house is located very close to the wild coast, the beach of Govelle (surf) and 5 minutes by car from the intermarché and downtown, and the port and 8 minutes from La Baule (Benoît beach)

Maison calme proche de la mer

Bien dans l' ensemble sauf chambre qui est ouverte face au salon. Wc non conforme . Chaises hautes pour les repas pas confortables.

Très bon emplacement et beau jardin ensoleillé mais intérieur basique

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cette maison. L'emplacement est parfait, à 2min à pied du chemin côtier et de petites plages. Le jardin est vraiment agréable, ensoleillé jusqu'à coucher du soleil, parfait pour des déjeuners et dîners dehors. La maison est hyper basique, les finitions sont vraiment moyennes mais très propre. Attention, une des chambres donne directement sur le salon sans séparation autre qu'un store, donc aucune intimité et isolation phonique (cela ne nous a pas gêné mais à savoir). Et dîner à 6 à l'intérieur peut être un peu serré. Au-delà de ça, très bons échanges avec le propriétaire, remise des clés très simple.
