Enter this beautiful characterful house and stay with family or friends for rejuvenating holidays! Ideally situated **100 metres from Pouliguen beach** and less than a kilometre from the town centre, this charming house with exposed beams, very comfortable and bright, will delight you! Outside, you will enjoy the enclosed garden with a lovely terrace and its garden furniture with the barbecue.



Ideal for a family stay or with friends, this 100m² house can accommodate up to 7 people.



Upon arrival, you will discover the lounge with its sofa and armchairs, ideal for moments of relaxation together.

The kitchen, open and well-equipped (gas hob, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher) offers you everything you need to prepare delicious meals. For breakfast, a kettle, a toaster, as well as a **plunger coffee maker and Nespresso** are also at your disposal.



On the night side, the house has 4 bedrooms all equipped with a double bed, one of which also has a single bed.



Two bathrooms with shower, bathtub and toilet complete the accommodation. For added comfort, a washing machine and ironing facilities are at your disposal.

Séjour agréable au Pouliguen

Ce logement est agréable, tout proche de la promenade de la plage et proche du centre ville. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison. Elle est très au clame, en retrait de la route, donc sécurisée. Quelques bémols : il n'est pas facile de décharger les bagages car on ne peut pas stationner devant la maison. Il peut d'ailleurs être difficile de se garer à proximité. La maison est assez bien équipée mais le lave-vaisselle fonctionne de manière aléatoire. Nous n'avons pas trouvé de chaises de jardin (en cette saison, ce n'était pas trop grave, mais il a fait quand même très beau). Le système de conciergerie peut être amélioré, car le service est réduit (ex : pas de lits faits à l'arrivée, pas de service de location de vélos). Nous avons demandé à décaler notre départ de 2h, mais nous avons finalement renoncé car cela nous aurait été facturé 100 €.

Séjour au top!

Nous avons passé un très agréable et reposant séjour dans cette maison très lumineuse! A proximité immédiate de la plage, de la côte sauvage et du centre du pouliguen, il est possible de tout faire à pieds! Terrasse et jardin très agréables où nous avons même aperçu un écureuil! Nous reviendrons! Seul petit bemol: si cette maison a bien convenu à nos enfants (8, 2*4 ans), elle comporte deux étages et donc deux escaliers, ce qui peut moins convenir à des enfants plus jeunes.
