In Berry, 10 minutes from the Brenne Regional Natural Park, at the foot of the Green Way cycle path, 15 minutes from Gargilesse-Dampierre (one of the most beautiful villages in France) and 5 minutes from Argenton-sur-Creuse (the Green Venice of Berry).

Come and enjoy beautiful walks in our village near the covered wooden bridge (unique in France) and the Bouzanne Valley overlooked by the Château de Chabenet. For fishing enthusiasts, there is a first-category river. The cottage comprises a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room (sofa) with a dining area, one bedroom (one double bed) with a duvet or blankets, one bedroom (two single beds) with blankets or duvets, a shower room, and a separate toilet. For babies: stroller, high chair, and cot are available.

Oil heating (billed according to actual consumption). Private enclosed garden with parking space (garden furniture, barbecue).
Medium and small dogs are welcome with a €30 deposit per animal.

Business rentals are permitted in this gîte for a maximum of two professionals. A mandatory supplement of €140 applies for professionals, including end-of-stay cleaning, towels, and bed linen. Heating is not included in the price (charged according to actual consumption).

For private individuals, the following rates apply:
End-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and garbage): €50
Single bed linen: €10 per bed
Double bed linen: €12 per bed
Towels: €8 per person
