The 30 m² terrace is furnished with a table, chairs, and a parasol.
The bright living room features a corner sofa and offers every comfort, including a TV, storage space, and Wi-Fi.
Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms ranging from 9 to 12 m² in size, all equipped with high-quality beds featuring 30 cm-thick 140x190 mattresses.
Our mattresses feature over 700 pocket springs for perfect comfort, even for two people.
These mattresses incorporate two types of memory foam for a gentle, supportive feel and peaceful nights.
The Maillets neighborhood is a quiet, residential area of Le Mans. It’s easily accessible from the highway exit via the beltway.
