4-Person Apartment - In the Heart of the Historic Medieval Center of Le Malzieu-Ville

A family home for decades, it is located in the heart of the medieval historic center, 2 steps from the Porte des Drogols, and within the fortifications. It is an old stone house renovated and updated inside.

We offer you, the totally independent apartment of 55 m2, renovated and in perfect condition, located on the second floor of the house. The property, with unobstructed views, consists on the street side of a beautiful and bright living room of 25 m2 with living room, dining room and kitchen (new) fully equipped and open. You will find, overlooking the back and the church square, the 2 double bedrooms (1x160(2x80)/200 + 1x140/190), bathroom and separate toilet. A sofa bed is in the living room.
The market, every Tuesday morning will be at your feet, the butcher is 50 m. away and the bakery 40 m. from the house.
A garage is at your disposal for your bikes, scooters or strollers.

NB: bed linen, towels and cleaning NOT PROVIDED/IMPOSED.

Le Malzieu-Ville is a magnificent medieval fortified city located in the north-west of the department of Lozère, in Occitanie (very close to the A75, 1 hour from Clermont-Ferrand or Millau). In the heart of the region of La Margeride, in the Gévaudan region, it is the "capital", and you may meet the famous eponymous beast, or at least all its history and symbols.
Located at an altitude of 900 metres, the village has 750 inhabitants year-round and is rich in a real architectural heritage. The town, completely renovated over 20 years, is classified as a green tourist resort, but has also become very touristic since obtaining the official label: Most Beautiful Village in France in 2021.It also won the final to represent Occitanie and finished 4th in Stéphane Bern's show, The Favorite Village of the French, in 2022.....it's exceptional and to be discovered... Finally, Le Malzieu is located on one of the most beautiful pilgrimage routes to Santiago de Compostela. This is the route that connects Le Puy-en-Velay to Santiago de Compostela, in Spain.
