Make yourself comfortable in this charming 24 m² studio with its 8 m² terrace, nestled in a quiet and wooded residence, just 10 minutes walk from the beach and the center of Cavalière. The ideal address for a sunny holiday on the French Riviera, between relaxation and practicality.



Designed to accommodate 3 people, this accommodations are perfect for a couple with a child or 3 adults. It is equipped with a high-end sofa bed (140x200), the layout allows you to add an additional bed via a second sofa bed (140x200).

On the kitchen side, you can enjoy a perfectly optimised space: sink, dishwasher, small fridge, microwave, storage. Everything is there to prepare your meals independently.



The completely renovated bathroom has a shower to relax with a bright mirror and washing machine, the toilet is separate for more comfort.

The private terrace allows you to enjoy your meals al fresco, in a peaceful setting, with table and chairs available.

The studio is also equipped with a TV and air conditioning in the main room, for a comfortable stay, whatever the season.

A private parking space (n°34) is included in the residence, a real plus in high season.
