Here you will find sunshine all year round and the best of the Var coast:
- an oily sea with turquoise water and pretty fish to contemplate during long snorkeling sessions;
- a sublime fine sandy beach bordered by Cap Nègre to the east and the Pointe du Layet to the west with the Golden Islands (Levant, Port-Cros, Porquerolles) on the horizon;
- magnificent Mediterranean vegetation with umbrella pines, cork oaks, eucalyptus, oleanders and mimosas;
- many beach restaurants highlighting Provençal gastronomy, the best pizzas in the region (at the Petit Gourmet de St Clair) but also luxury establishments such as the Club de Cavalière, a 5* hotel;
- multiple sports activities within walking distance with an excellent sailing school, a wide range of water activities (paddle, pedal boat, personal watercraft, etc.), spas, a tennis club, petanque and beach volleyball courts, numerous hiking and mountain biking trails (coastal path, Massif des Maures, Col du Canadel, etc.) and the Valcros golf course about twenty minutes away;
- a multitude of beaches and coves, each more beautiful than the last (La Fossette, Pramousquier, Canadel, St Clair, l'Estagnol, Cabasson...)
- many tourist sites such as the Rayol gardens, the charming villages of Bormes les Mimosas, Ramatuelle, Gassin or Grimaud, the rosé vineyards of Provence, the Fort de Brégançon, and of course the festive St Tropez less than 30 minutes away.
To enjoy the Mediterranean way of life in the best conditions with family or friends, we invite you to spend your next holiday or come and telework in our duplex apartment, which was completely refurbished in January 2025.
The apartment is actually a small duplex mazet (no apartment above, a small apartment under the terrace), located in the beautifully landscaped residence of the Terrasses de Cavalière, This residence is perfectly located, in absolute calm (in a dead end), only 500 m from the shops and the sublime beach (8 minutes from the flat beach).
Here, you can do everything on foot! You park right in front of the apartment and you can't take your car again if you wish. You can even swim without leaving the residence while enjoying the large private swimming pool or sunbathe on one of the two large terraces of the apartment (18m2 and 9m2), facing south and not overlooked of course!
The 55 m2 duplex apartment consists on the first floor:
- a living room of 18 m2 with lounge area / TV and dining area opening onto a terrace of 18 m2 with dining table, garden furniture and electric barbecue;
- a beautiful independent fully equipped kitchen;
- a separate toilet;
- a master suite with twin beds for a 160 bed bed, an office space, a dressing room and a private shower room in Carrara marble with tropical shower;
- a "laundry" area under the stairs with washing machine and dryer.
Upstairs you will find:
- a bedroom with 2 single beds 80 cm x 200 cm which can be joined or separated according to your needs;
- a bedroom with bunk beds: a bed 120 cm wide at the bottom and one 90 cm at the top;
- a bathroom with tropical shower and vanity unit;
- a 9 m2 solarium.
The apartment is decorated in a bohemian chic style and is richly equipped for your comfort: air conditioning in all rooms, high-speed wi-fi (fiber), fully equipped kitchen with traditional oven, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher and large capacity refrigerator with freezer compartment, washing machine and dryer, 109 cm flat screen TV, hair dryer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, electric barbecue, garden furniture...
