Aufgrund der sehr positiven Rezensionen sind wir auf diese herrliche Unterkunft von Monique aufmerksam geworden.Die Buchung sowie der Kontakt bis zu unserer Ankunft verliefen absolut reibungslos. Dabei wurden wir von der überaus freundlichen Tochter Christelle bestens betreut.Bei unserer Ankunft überreichten uns Monique und Christelle ein liebevolles Gastgeschenk sowie eine Flasche Rosé. Wir fühlten uns von Anfang an herzlich willkommen und sehr wohl.Im Haus von Monique befindet sich eine klimatisierte Ferienwohnung mit eigenem Eingang. Vor jedem Fenster ist ein Fliegengitter angebracht, und auch die Innenausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen.Das Haus befindet sich auf einer Anhöhe und bietet einen herrlichen Blick auf das Meer. Monique ist eine ausgesprochen nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die wir sofort ins Herz geschlossen haben. Ihre liebevolle und charmante Art versüßte unseren Aufenthalt auf ganz besondere Weise.Der mit viel Liebe angelegte, großzügige Garten lässt ebenfalls keine Wünsche offen. Wir hatten ursprünglich eine Woche hier oben in dieser wunderbaren Unterkunft eingeplant. Da wir uns hier aber so wohl gefühlt haben, haben wir noch ein paar Tage verlängert. Herzlichen Dank noch einmal an die beiden Gastgeberinnen Monique und Chrystelle, die für einen perfekten Aufenthalt gesorgt haben. Diese Unterkunft mit dem unglaublichen Blick aufs Meer und die vorgelagerten Inseln, können wir bedenkenlos weiter empfehlen.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux mois de mars 2026 grâce entre autres à la sympathique Monique. propriétaire de l'appartement très confortable, sécuritaire, avec vue sur la Méditerranée. Le partage de sa connaissance de la région nous a permis de partir en randonnée à la découverte de la riche région du Lavandou.L'appartement très propre, est situé dans un quartier résidentiel où règne le plus grand calme. La maison est entourée d'un grand jardin bien entretenu par Monique où l'on trouve de nombreuses plantes typiques de la Provence. Pour nous Québécois c'est le grand exotisme.Chaque pièce de l'appartement est bien équipée et les espaces de rangement nombreux.Notre désir, y revenir.Louise, Jean-Claude, Québec

Der Aufenthalt war fantastisch. Man kann wunderschöne Wanderungen in der näheren Umgebung machen. Dank des öffentlichen Nahverkehrs (Bus, Schiff) braucht man nicht unbedingt ein Auto, um zu den Ausgangs- bzw. von den Endpunkten der Wanderung zurück zu kommen. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an die Eigentümerin.

Wir haben die zwei Wochen in der Unterkunft Ende September 25 sehr genossen. Monique ist eine sehr zuvorkommende und gleichzeitig sehr diskrete Gastgeberin, die uns mit vielen guten Tipps für Ausflüge und Veranstaltungen in der Umgebung versorgt hat.Das Appartments liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Lage am Ende einer Sackgasse oberhalb des Ortskernes. Die Aussicht auf die Küste und die drei Inseln ist grandios und das gesamte Grundstück ist sehr liebevoll gepflegt und mit wunderschönen Pflanzen bewachsen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wohlfühl-Ort mit Traumblick und wunderbarem Gastgeber

Wir hatten einen wunderbar erholsamen Urlaub. Das Appartment war sehr gut ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine, Wäscheständern, Bügeleisen (wers braucht ;-)), Klimaanlage, Fliegengittern an allen Fenstern... Und für uns die bisher am besten ausgestattete Küche. In knapp 15 Gehminuten bergab findet man eine tolle Bäckerei, Obst- und Gemüsehändler, Supermarkt und Apotheke... und 5 Minuten weiter auch den Strand und Geschäfte. Auf dem Rückweg geht es dann gut 15 Minuten zu Fuß bergauf. Auch Dank den herzlichen und hilfsbereiten Gastgeberinnen Monique und Christelle haben wir herrliche Tage genossen. Merci beaucoup, chères Monique et Christelle, pour ces 11 jours merveilleux :-). Nous vous reverrons lors de vos prochaines vacances au Lavandué.

Excellente location avec une vue magnifique

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour et nous y reviendrons volontiers. Les vues depuis le logement et ses terrasses sont sublimes (encore mieux que sur les photos). Monique nous a très bien accueillis, à la fois bienveillante et discrète et nous a donné de bons conseils. Le logement est décoré avec goût, propre, très fonctionnel et très bien équipé. Il est bien placé, au calme tout en étant proche des animations. De plus, Le Lavandou est une petite ville très agréable, avec un bel environnement où il y a beaucoup de choses à faire (plages magnifiques, randonnées,excursions en bateau,..) Bref, tout était parfait pour que nous passions un excellent séjour !

Wunderbar erholsame Ferien in/oberhalb von Le Lavandou

Es war ein unglaublich entspannter und ruhiger Urlaub oberhalb von Le Lavandou mit tollem Blick. Komfortables modernes Appartment mit sehr guter Ausstattung (inkl Klimaanlage), sehr freundliche Vermieterin. Man braucht ein Auto zum Einkaufen und zum Strand. Einziger Nachteil, dass fußläufig kein Bäcker erreichbar ist.

Wunderschöne Ferien

Das Haus, in dem sich die schöne und sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung befindet, ist erhöht gelegen und bietet atemberaubende Aussichten mit Meerblick. Monique ist eine herzliche Gastgeberin. Sie gibt wertvolle Tipps für Unternehmungen und ist sehr hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Von mehreren Sitzplätzen zusätzlich mit Liegestühlen ausgestattet kann man die wunderbare Aussicht geniessen. Der Garten wird von Monique mit viel Liebe gepflegt und ist überwältigend. Es steht ein geschützter und überdachter Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Le Lavandou ist ein sehr angenehmer Ort, zu Fuss in 10min erreichbar, mit wunderbaren Stränden in der Umgebung. Es ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge, Wanderungen, Inselbesuche und Bike-/Fahrradtouren. Wir können diese Wohnung bestens empfehlen und werden gerne wiederkommen. Doris und Rolf

Vue magnifique

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans cet appartement pour nous les points positifs sont : Superbe vue sur la baie du lavandou depuis les tarrasses et le séjour de l'appartement, Beau jardin fleuri avec mobilier (tables, chaises, transats), Sympathie de la propriétaire, qui connait parfaitement la région et donne de bons conseils pour les visites ou balades à effectuer, elle habite la maison mais n'est pas du tout intrusive, Calme maison située dans une impasse sur les hauteurs du Lavandou Le point négatif : Le fait que les terrasses ne soient pas accessibles directement depuis l'appartement.

Superbe vue

Appartement conforme aux photos, très propre, moderne, climatisé (bien appréciable en juillet). Bonne literie en 160. Très belle vue des 2 terrasses dont une ombragée, agréable pour se poser après manger. Cependant celles-ci ne sont pas au même niveau que l'appartement, il faut soit descendre une quinzaine de marches soit en monter une dizaine pour y accéder.Propriété au calme. Propriétaire aimable, sympathique et de bon conseil. Accès en ville et à la plage principale en 15 mn à pieds, (900 m) compter 5 minutes de plus pour le retour car beaucoup de marches, assez sportif. Nous avons passé 2 bonnes semaines.

Endroit magnifique sous le chant des cigales

Quoi dire, nous avons passé 3 semaines du 2 au 23 juillet 2022 dans cette charmante et belle maison avec une vue incroyable sur toute la baie du lavandou. Tout est parfait, la maison climatisée, les terrasses sous l'olivier le midi et la grande terrasse le soir devant le coucher de soleil sur la mer. Acces a la Plage du lavandou en moins de 10mn à pied, et un peu plus long et plus sportif au retour . Maison idéalement situé, à proximité des plages, des magasins, du centre ville à 5mn en voiture. Nous avons pu assisté à plusieurs feux d'artifice de la maison, magnifique ! Un grand merci tout particulier à Monique, la propriétaire de la maison, que nous avons beaucoup apprécié et qui nous donne de bons conseils pratiques, jours de marché, visites, plages.....une femme pleins de dynamisme. Et peut être à l'année prochaine 😉
