Cocoonr offers this charming 40 m² flat with shared pool for rent in Lavandou, less than two kilometres from the beaches. It can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the ground floor, it comprises an attractive 23 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a shower room and a 13 m² terrace. Wifi, bed linen and towels are extra. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 23 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, Krups coffee machine, etc.
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bathroom with shower and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: dishwasher, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A shared 80 m² swimming pool (unheated) open from May to the end of September, fenced with security badge
- A 13 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather

The flat is ideally located in Le Lavandou, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.
On foot, the Chemin de la Chapelle, just 50 m from the residence on the left, takes you directly to the town centre and the beach, which can be reached in around 900 m.

Public transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's two private spaces (one underground and one above ground).

- Nearest train station: Hyères, about 23 km away
- Nearest airport: Toulon-Hyères, approx. 30 km away
