The flat is south-facing and has lovely views from all rooms. It is located on the 2nd floor (no lift).. The living room and bedrooms are air-conditioned.

The apartment is composed as follows :

- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine, etc.
- Bedroom 1 and 2 : queen-size bed (160×200), air-conditioned (since December 2024)
