The 40 m2 apartment includes a bedroom with a double bed, a cabin with bunk beds, a main room with a sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and separate toilets. The apartment is fully air-conditioned.

From the swimming pool (9 m x 4.5 m), you will enjoy a very nice view of the hills of Saint-Clair. The swimming pool is maintained once a week by a specialized company, a pool robot is available to the occupants. The swimming pool is secured by a barrier.

Deckchairs will be waiting for you by the pool. It is possible to park on the grounds of the villa.
A pergola will allow you to enjoy outdoor meals in the shade. A large shade tree allows you to rest.

The apartment is located 300 m from the beautiful beach of Saint-Clair without the need to cross a road. The shops and restaurants of Saint-Clair are nearby. Le Lavandou is easily accessible on foot.
