Portes de placards dégondées, plaques plastique au sol décollées, vaisselle dépareillée et insuffisante pour 4, pas de placard pour ranger nos vêtements, pommeau de douche déconnecté, pastilles robinet cuisine mortes qui goutent, table de terrasse d'un autre âge prête a s'écrouler...

Point positif la vue sur port et piscine clic clac neuf changé cette année appartement climatisé Point négatif besoin de rafraîchissement store sur terrasse déchiré et mécanisme tout rouillé pour refermer Étendage petit cassé pas d épingles Pas de rideau donc pas d intimité. Baie vitrée dure a ouvrir et fermer. Meubles a l intérieur ferme mal ou pas du tout Vaisselle le minimum pas de carafe d eau ni bassine d eau pour laver linge Pas de prise a l entrée Manque de lumière dans salle de bain

Appartement bien placé, mais malheureusement une literie désastreuse Canapé-lit en mauvais état. Juste pour 2 personnes, impossible pour 4 comme marqué dans l'annonce.Si vous voulez dormir pendant vos vacances ne choisissez pas cet appartement.

Attention !

Séjour gâché par une literie désastreuse ( Canapé-lit en très mauvaise état,des meubles de cuisine bons à mettre en déchetterie,un état général à revoir (a part le meuble de salle de douche).Nous n'étions que 2 mais pas de rangement pour les affaires.Inutile de penser de venir avec des enfants l'appartement est vraiment trop petit pour 4.Apres avoir signalé tout ces désagrément à l'agence Abritel,le propriétaire des lieux ne semble pas disposé à améliorer tout ça.Par contre l'appartement est très bien placé et à une place de parking.Si vous voulez dormir pendant vos vacances ne choisissez pas ce bien.A bon entendeur !!!!!

L'appartement est bien placé et sympa mais nous avons passés une semaine très désagréable tellement la literie est inconfortable ,vraiment dommage le 1er but des vacances c'est ce reposer ,et bien dormir du coup .

Appartement mal entretenu. Canapé déchiré j'ai dû remettre 1 ressort. Éclairage médiocre dans la salle d'eau. Paroi de douche non fonctionnelle. Verres ébréchés. Le vernis de la table extérieure est inexistant. Aspirateur qui n'aspire rien. Belle piscine, bonne situation.

Wohnungsbwertung

Zu klein für 4 Personen, um das Bett im Wohn/Esszimmer auszuklappen ist es notwendig Tisch und Stühle beiseite zu räumen. Dadurch ist in dem Raum kein durchkommen mehr. Küchenmöbel ist sehr primitiv und keinerlei Stauraum für Kleidung und Koffer etc.vorhanden. Positiv bewerten kann man den Balkon und die Poolanlage diese ist sehr sauber und schön angelegt.

Logement correct mais propreté insuffisante

Appartement très bien situé, près de la mer et du centre ville de Port Camargue, conforme à la description pour les équipements et la taille du logement. Piscine très agréable. Mais niveau hygiène... Impossible de marcher pied nus, les sols sont sales, la literie est douteuse, avec un enfant en bas âge, obligé de le laisser dans son lit parapluie pour éviter qu'il ne touche quoi que ce soit. Même problème sur un autre appartement l'an dernier par interhome. Faites un effort sur le ménage !

Location de vacances très bien située, mais malheureusement la propreté est à revoir. Clés remises plus de une heure et demi après notre arrivée pour raison que l'équipe ménage n'avait pas terminé, et à notre entrée dans le logement : sol non lavé, cuisine sale avec de grosses taches, idem au réfrigérateur, micro onde, etc... Equipe de ménage ? A revoir...

Appartement idéalement situé mais qui mériterait un peu coup de rafraîchissement et de rangement. Idéal pour deux , mais pour quatre bien trop petit. Résidence propre et calme avec une piscine surveillée en haute saison !! Agence très réactive

Appartement très bien situé

Appartement très bien situé entre plage , port et commerces. Tout se fait à pieds. La résidence est calme. L'appartement est un peu daté et surtout assez petit. Pour deux cela passe mais pour 4 cela me semble quasi impossible (pas assez de rangements, pas assez de place). Il y a même un surveillant pour la piscine (assez rare pour être souligné). Je remercie particulièrement Madame Sylvaine Mathieu de l'agence Interhome qui a toujours été à notre écoute et qui a su réagir très rapidement pour un petit souci. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour

Résidence calme

Point positif : la vue sur la piscine et le port. La place de parking qui , même si elle n'est pas à coter de l'entrée est très pratique. Le calme. La proximité de la mer. Point negatif: logement très petit pour 4 . Et pas de placard dispo pour ranger nos affaires . Juste le petit meuble salle de bain et un tiroir sous le lit superposé.

Appart petit , Très juste pour un couple et deux enfants dont un ado, photos sur le site trompeuses. Pas de placard dommage, celui du logement occupé. Frigo trop petit, hélas. Certain tuyaux fuis. Positif : sdb, vaisselle, terrasse avec belle vue et proche commerces, plage et port, climatisation. Ce logement aurait besoin d’un rafraîchissement.

Bien aurait été juste

logement correct sans plus. la première location de cet appartement. 1er jour alors que j avais commandé et réglé pas de wifi. Alarme de fumée défectueuse et en milieu de séjour plus de télévision. J ai donc fini les deux jours sans téléviseur A chaque fois appeler l agence ou s y rendre, pas très agréable.Personnel sympathique. J ai demandé un geste commercial celui-ci n est jamais venu dommage.
