Great location

The apartment is very comfortable and very close to the Boucanet beach just 5 minutes walk! The city centre is also quite close. The apartment was lovely and fully accessorized (the best coffee i had in our vacation!). Will surely recommend!

Tres bon séjour au Grau du Roi avec nos petits enfants. Appartement propre, bien conçu, très bien équipé. Literie très confortable. Notre hôte a vraiment pensé à tout. Résidence et quartier calmes. Proximité de la plage, des commerces essentiels, du marché local. A retenir pour de prochaines vacances

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir haben uns in der gemütlichen Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Toll ist die Nähe zum Meer. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Das einzige kleine Manko war der verstopfte Abfluss bei der Dusche, der zu kleinen Überschwemmungen im Bad geführt hat. Aber das war nicht so tragisch.

Séjour parfait

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Roland et n'avons manqué de rien. Les serviettes de toilette et le linge de lit sont fournis, ce qui est rare et très appréciable. L'appartement est propre et bien agencé. C'est un quartier calme. La localisation était parfaite, 2 minutes à pied du marché, 5 minutes à pied de la plage, 8 minutes à pied du super U et 12 minutes à pied du centre ville. Nous avons quasiment tout fait en laissant la voiture sur le parking de la résidence. Notre séjour a été parfait du début à la fin !

Très bon séjour

Très bon séjour. L'emplacement est parfait : à 200m de la plage, à 200m des commerces (boulangerie, primeur, supérette,... et marché le vendredi), et à 15min à pieds du centre du Grau du Roi. L'immeuble est un peu ancien, mais l'appartement est bien rénové, propre et avec une bonne literie. Rien ne manque. L'accueil du propriétaire était sympathique. Merci !

L appartement est très bien équipé et confortable. Il est au dernier étage d un petit immeuble de 3 étages dans un quartier résidentiel calme. Il est a proximité de la plage, des commerces et au départ de nombreuses promenades. Les hôtes sont prévenant et se sont assurés que notre séjour se passerait bien.

Superbe appartement proche de tous les commodités

L'appartement est très soigné, très bien équipé propre, super bien situé (pas loins de la plage, commerces, ciné, lieux de tourisme, Pharma). Propriétaire est très réactif, gentil et il nous a réservé super accueil. Il y a le parking sécurisé. Top. Je vous conseille vivement. Merci beaucoup à Roland pour cette accueil chaleureux
