The Cocoonr Agency invites you to discover this charming house located in Le Grand-Bornand, ideally situated a stone's throw from the ski resort and all amenities. With a total surface area of 1,370 sq ft, it can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. You will enjoy a beautiful 37 m² living room with a pellet stove, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, and three bathrooms (shower and bathtub).

- A cozy living room with a comfortable sofa, a TV, a dining area, and a pellet stove for cozy evenings
- A fully equipped open-plan kitchen with oven, induction hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, Nespresso machine, and everything you need for cooking
- Bedroom 1: king-size bed (180x200), private bathroom with toilet, small desk, and closet
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160x200), river view, private bathroom with shower and sink
- Bedroom 3: bunk bed for two people, private bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet
- A separate studio (ground floor): counted as a fourth bedroom, accessible from the garage or inside the chalet. It includes a sofa bed, HD TV, bathroom (shower, sink, and toilet), and a washer/dryer. The studio kitchen is not equipped.

For your comfort, the owners provide: high chair and crib, iron and ironing board, boot dryer in the garage, ideal after a day of skiing
