Bel appartement, lieux qui manquent d’amour
C’est un bel appartement, bien fourni. La localisation est bonne, centrale à toutes les directions. La vue sur la mer, entre les bâtiments voisins est très belle. On surprend à l’occasion le spectacle de gros bateaux qui passent tout près. Le propriétaire, Christian, est très gentil et accueillant. Il n’est pas du genre à faire faux-bond.
Le bémol est que cet appartement fait partie d’un complexe qui tombe lentement en lambeaux. La piscine est grande et l’eau est belle, mais les abords sont à être rénovés, depuis longtemps. Idem pour le stationnement et l’extérieur des bâtiments. J’espère qu’ils vont y donner un coup de barre puisque ça défait un peu le lustre de cette belle location. Malgré cela, je la recommande.
